All real estate services including property evaluation, negotiation, and transaction management are provided by independent licensed agents. TEA Properties facilitates these connections and may receive compensation.

By joining the TEA Properties Partner Agent Network, agents grant TEA Properties a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute their public-facing marketing materials, including listing photos, social media content, headshots, and branding, without obligation to provide public credit or attribution.
